宿州旧城区更新中历史文脉传承的策略研究

Study on the Strategic for the Inheritance of Historical Context in the Renewal of Old Town in Suzhou

随着经济的快速发展,城市化进程的大力推进,很多城市在发展建设的过程中掩埋覆盖了历史的痕迹,丢失了原有的地域特色,很多原应被保护传承的优秀文化已荡然无存,让人不由得扼腕叹息。文章通过科学分析老城片区现状问题及其发展需求,提取并总结宿州老城片区的历史文化特色要素,从空间格局、旧城肌理、功能布局、多维活动体验、细节环境提升等几个方面提出宿州老城片区城市更新中历史文脉传承的规划策略。以期对宿州老城片区历史文脉保护和传承提供理论和实践指导,并对其他历史街区保护提供借鉴。

With the rapid development of economy and the great advance of urbanization, many cities have covered the traces of history and lost their original regional characteristics in the process of development and construction. Many excellent cultures that should be protected disappeared. We can not help but sigh. Through scientific analysis on the current problems and development needs of the old city area, this paper extracts and summarize the historical and cultural characteristics of the old city area in Suzhou, and proposes the planning strategies for the inheritance of historical context in the urban renewal of the old city area in Suzhou from several aspects such as spatial pattern, old city texture, functional layout, multi-dimensional activity experience, and detailed environment improvement. It is expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the protection and inheritance of the historic context in the old city area of Suzhou, and to provide a reference for the protection of other historic districts.
