Construction Technology of PhaseⅡSteel Structure Project of Cang Qian Campus of Hangzhou Normal University

杭州师范大学仓前校区二期钢结构工程是由桁架结构屋盖和螺栓球网架屋盖组成的多个单体结构体系,本文通过钢结构安装工程,系统介绍了施工思路,详细说明了施工过程中的关键施工技术,主要包括支撑架下混凝土楼层加固、履带吊行走通道加固、螺栓球支座安装和螺栓球节点螺栓取出装置,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。

The PhaseⅡsteel structure project of Cang Qian Campus of Hangzhou Normal University is a multiple monomer structure composed of truss structure roof and double girds structure.Through its steel structure installation project,this paper systematically introduces its general construction ideas.Moreover,it detailedly analyzes the key construction technologies,mainly including the reinforcement of concrete floor under support frame,the reinforcement of crawler crane walking passage,the installation of bolted ball bearing,and the bolt withdrawing device of bolted ball joints,which can provide a reference for similar engineering construction process in future.
