摘要
在社会进步的前提下,我国各城市的建设项目随之增多,高层建筑逐渐凸显其优势,因其能满足人们多样化的需求所以受到建筑行业的青睐。地面空间的有限性使建筑行业不得不探究地下空间。为了满足高层建筑和地下空间的建设需求,基坑工程不仅需要更大的面积,而且对深度有着更高的要求,给施工带来难度。因此基坑工程相关领域成为目前建筑行业探究的新内容,旨在保证基坑的稳固与安全。在实际施工中,深基坑的降水会影响施工的质量,也极易破坏周边建筑环境,导致地面出现沉降等现象。所以在面对这种情况时,建筑企业应运用先进的技术对深基坑降水进行处理,同时注意结合对周边建筑环境的影响寻找相应的解决策略,提升建筑工程的整体质量,做到新时期下的可持续发展。
With the social development and progress,the number of construction projects in various cities in China is increasing,and highrise buildings show their advantages,which are favored by the construction industry for meeting the diverse needs of people.The limited ground space also enables the construction industry to explore the underground space.In order to meet the construction requirements of high-rise buildings and underground space,the foundation pit project not only needs a larger area,but also has certain requirements for depth,which brings difficulties to the construction,and becomes the new content to be explored by the current construction industry to ensure the stability and safety of the foundation pit.In the actual construction,the dewatering of deep foundation pit affects the construction quality,and it is easy to damage the surrounding construction environment,resulting in ground subsidence and other phenomena.In face of this situation,the construction enterprises should use advanced technology to deal with the deep foundation pit dewatering,and pay attention to combining the impact on the surrounding construction environment to find corresponding solutions,improve the overall quality of the construction project,and achieve sustainable development in the new era.
