摘要
造价管理直接关系着整体项目质量与经济效益的实现情况,安装造价为建筑工程管理中的重要构成成分,需要对其加大管理力度。文章在阐述建筑安装工程造价概念与管理意义的基础上,从设计、施工、安装技术等方面分析了影响安装工程造价的因素,有针对性地提出了几点可行的控制策略,以供同行参考。
Cost management is directly related to the overall project quality and the realization of economic benefits.Installation cost is an important component of construction project management and need to strengthen the management efforts.Based on the concept and management significance of construction and installation engineering costs,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the installation engineering costs from the aspects of design,construction and installation technology,and puts forward several feasible control strategies for reference.
