Study the Cost Management and Cost Control Measures of Construction Electromechanical Installation Engineering

机电安装是建筑工程施工重要的分项工程之一,其工程造价与成本管控直接影响到工程的整体造价管控效果,而在实践工程施工中,其造价与成本管控因些许问题的影响而效果不佳,无法帮助企业进一步缩减项目成本。本文从机电安装工程成本与造价管控问题的分析入手,阐明具体工程实施中项目成本与造价管控的强化措施。

Electromechanical installation is one of the important sub—projects of construction engineering.Its engineering cost and cost control directly affect the overall cost control effect of the project.In practical engineering construction,its cost and cost control are not effective due to the influence of some problems,and cannot help companies to further reduce project costs.This paper starts with the analysis on the cost and cost control issues of electromechanical installation engineering,and clarifies the strengthening measures of project cost and cost control in the implementation of specific projects.
