摘要 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的CT表现及动态变化。方法对10例确诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行CT动态观察,分析其主要影像表现及动态变化。结果本组10例患者中,男性7例,女性3例;首次CT表现,累及双肺2个肺叶3例,3个肺叶1例,4个肺叶6例,主要分布于肺野外带;9例病灶形态呈不规则斑片状,仅1例CT表现为大部分病灶形态呈结节状。短期CT复查表现:病变加重7例,病变减轻3例。结论CT检查可动态反映新型冠状病毒肺部感染的范围、形态及密度的变化,对疾病的诊断及治疗效果的评价具有重要意义。 Objective To study the CT appearances and dynamic changes of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods CT dynamic observation was performed in 10 patients with novel coronavirus infection,and the main imaging manifestations and dynamic changes were analyzed.Results In 7 cases,there were 7 males and 3 females.The first CT examination performance was as fouows two lobes were involved in 3 cases,three lobes involved in 1 case,four lobes involved in 6 cases,mainly distributed in the lung periphery.The morphology of 9 cases was irregular and patchy,and only 1 case showed nodular in most of the lesions.The performance of CT dynamic observation was the lesions were aggravated in 7 cases and alleviated in 3 cases.Conclusion CT examination can dynamically reflect the changes of the scope,shape and density of the novel coronavirus pulmonary infection,which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
