摘要
目的探讨颅骨骨肉瘤的影像学特点,以期为外科治疗提供精准化依据。方法选取经病理证实的10例颅骨骨肉瘤的影像学表现。本组患者男性7例,女性3例,平均年龄36.5岁。结果10例患者中原发性骨肉瘤7例,继发性骨肉瘤3例。3例病变位于颞骨,2例位于蝶骨,2例位于顶骨,1例位于额骨,1例患者病变同时累及颞骨和蝶骨,1例同时累及颞骨和枕骨。成骨型骨肉瘤7例,溶骨型骨肉瘤2例,混合型骨肉瘤1例。影像表现主要为骨质破坏,软组织肿块,以及肿块内瘤骨形成,增强扫描呈不均匀明显强化。结论应用不同的检查手段,并注意瘤骨的识别,将有助于提高对颅骨骨肉瘤影像诊断的准确性,为临床手术提供更为准确的影像学依据。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of osteosarcoma in the skull,so as to provide accurate basis for surgical treatment.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the imaging findings of 10 cases of skull osteosarcoma which were confirmed by pathology.There were 7 males and 3 females with an average age of 36.5 years.Results There were 7 cases of primary osteosarcoma and 3 cases of secondary osteosarcoma.The lesions were located in temporal bone in 3 cases,sphenoid bone in 2 cases,parietal bone in 2 cases and frontal bone in 1 case,respectively.There were 7 cases of osteogenic type,2 cases of osteolytic type and 1 case of mixed type of osteosarcoma.The main imaging findings were bone destruction,soft tissue mass,and tumor bone formation in the mass.Enhanced scan showed heterogeneous obvious enhancement.Conclusion Combined with different examination methods,and pay attention to the recognition of tumor bone,will help to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis of skull osteosarcoma,and also provide more accurate imaging basis for clinical operation.
