摘要 扩散峰度成像(DKI)是一种以反映体内水分子非高斯分布扩散运动状态的功能磁共振新技术,与传统的扩散加权成像(DWI)及扩散张量成像(DTI)相比,能更准确地反映组织内水分子扩散的真实情况,从而提供生物体组织结构内更准确、更复杂的信息。DKI最初主要应用于中枢神经系统,近年来在肾脏的应用也取得了初步成果。本文主要综述DKI的基本原理及在肾脏疾病中的临床应用。 Diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)is a new functional magnetic resonance technique that can reflect the non-Gaussian distribution and diffusion of water molecules in the body.Compared with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),DKI can reflect the true situation of water molecule diffusion in tissues and provide more accurate and complex information in the tissue structure of organism.DKI was originally used in the central nervous system.In recent years,the preliminary results about application of DKI in kidney have been obtained.This article mainly reviews the basic principles of DKI and its clinical application in kidney lesions.
