氮硒配施对荞麦光合特性、产量和硒质量分数的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen and Selenium on Photosynthesis,Yield and Kernel Selenium Content of Buckwheat

摘要 以通荞2号为材料,采用盆栽试验,设置3个施氮量(0、50、100 mg·kg^-1),4个施硒量(0、1、5、10、50 mg·kg^-1),研究了氮硒配施对荞麦光合特性、产量及籽粒硒质量分数的影响.结果表明,施氮量和施硒量及两者的交互作用显著影响荞麦的籽粒产量,荞麦的光合指标与产量之间存在显著的正相关关系,可通过适当调节施氮量和施硒量,提高荞麦的光合作用来获得高产.该试验条件下,通荞2号在施氮量为100 mg·kg^-1,施硒量为5 mg·kg^-1时,可获得最高产,但从产量和硒吸收实际生产方面推荐施氮量为100 mg·kg^-1,施硒量为10 mg·kg^-1进行栽植.荞麦在硒肥为50 mg·kg^-1下的籽粒硒质量分数均超过了国家富硒食品的安全生产范围. Taking Tongqiao No.2 as the experimental material,a pot experiment was used to set 3 nitrogen fertilizer levels(0,50,100 mg·kg^-1)and 4 selenium fertilizer levels(0,1,5,10,50 mg·kg^-1).The effect of selenium combined application on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of buckwheat and selenium content in grains was aimed to explore a treatment combination for optimal nitrogen and selenium fertilizer levels to increase buckwheat yield and provide data support for achieving high yield and better selenium absorption in buckwheat.The results show that the amount of nitrogen and selenium and their interactions significantly affected the grain yield of buckwheat.There was a significant positive correlation between the photosynthetic index and yield of buckwheat.The amount of nitrogen and selenium can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting Increase buckwheat photosynthesis to achieve high yields.Under this test condition,Tongqiao No.2 can obtain the highest yield when the nitrogen application rate is 100 mg·kg^-1 and the selenium application rate is 5 mg·kg^-1.However,in terms of yield and actual production of selenium absorption,the recommended nitrogen application rate is 100 mg·kg^-1,and the selenium fertilizer is 10 mg·kg^-1 for planting.The selenium content of buckwheat grains with a selenium fertilizer of 50 mg·kg^-1 exceeded the national safe production range of selenium-rich foods.
