基于压力反馈纯电驱动装载机专用电液换挡系统及控制策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于纯电驱动和传统驱动方式的差异,考虑到工程机械工况复杂多变、负载波动剧烈的特点,现有的动力换挡控制无法很好地适用于纯电驱动工程机械。针对某5 t纯电驱动装载机,提出了一种基于压力反馈的电液换挡系统及控制策略。通过分析换挡规律,根据现有动力换挡变速箱,结合电传动技术及电液控制系统,提出了基于压力反馈控制驱动电机工作在转速、转矩模式,实现了对离合器充、泄油过程中扭矩相自适应和惯性相调速。利用AMESim建立了机电液仿真模型,仿真结果表明:所提出的控制策略能大幅度改善换挡冲击度、滑摩功以及换挡时间。 In view of the difference between pure electric drive and traditional drive mode,considering the characteristics of complex and variable working conditions of construction machinery and severe load fluctuation,the existing power shift control cannot be well applied to pure electric drive construction machinery.For a 5 ton pure electric drive loader,an electro-hydraulic shift control strategy based on pressure feedback is proposed.By analyzing the shifting rules,according to the existing power shift transmission,combined with the electric transmission technology and the electro-hydraulic control system,it is proposed to control the drive motor to work in the speed and torque mode based on pressure feedback,and realize the process of charging and draining the clutch.Torque phase adaptation and inertia phase speed regulation.The electromechanical hydraulic simulation model was established using AMESim.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can greatly improve the shift impact,sliding power and shift time.
