基于AMESim的装载机换挡冲击影响因素的研究与优化 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决装载机液力传动系统换挡过程中的换挡冲击问题,研究了换挡过程的工作原理,分析换挡过程的动力传递特性;利用AMESim软件建立样机行走传动系统的仿真模型,通过实验与仿真分析对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性;分析样机离合器充油压力、传递扭矩和冲击度等动态特性,结合理论分析得到换挡过程中产生冲击的主要原因,提出优化方案并进行了实验验证。结果表明:合理控制离合器的充油压力及转速比变化率可以降低整机冲击度,改善换挡品质,为今后离合换挡的优化设计提供可靠依据。 In order to solve the problem of shifting impact in the shifting process of the loader hydraulic transmission system,the working principle of shifting process is studied,and the power transmission characteristics of shifting process are analyzed;the simulation model of the driving system of the prototype is established by AMESim software,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified through the comparison of experiment and simulation analysis;the charging pressure and transmission of the prototype clutch are analyzed.According to the dynamic characteristics of torque and impact,the main causes of impact in the process of shifting are obtained by theoretical analysis,and the optimization scheme is put forward and has experimental verification.The results show that reasonable control of the charging pressure and the change rate of the speed ratio of the clutch can reduce the impact of the whole machine,improve the shift quality,and provide a reliable basis for the optimal design of the clutch shift in the future.
