3D打印技术联合赛必妥在显微通道精准治疗腰椎管狭窄中的临床研究

摘要 目的分析3D打印技术联合赛必妥在显微通道精准治疗腰椎管狭窄中的临床应用效果。方法选77例腰椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象,分2组,均行显微通道精准治疗,治疗过程中对照组(38例)采用3D打印技术,观察组(39例)在其基础上联合使用赛必妥进行治疗,比较治疗前后腰椎疼痛程度、腰功能、治疗满意度及健康状况。结果观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05),腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI评分)高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查简表SF-36调查表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术联合赛必妥在显微通道精准治疗腰椎管狭窄中的临床应用效果较单纯使用3D打印技术效果更显著,能有效缓解患者腰椎疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,提升患者对治疗的满意度及患者健康状况。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 3D printing technology combined with Cyperidone in the precise treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis through microscopic channels.Methods Choose 77 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis patients as the research object,in 2 groups,precision micro channel in treatment,the treatment process of the control group(38 cases)using 3 d printing,observation group(39 cases)on the basis of the combination of competition with treatment,compared before and after treatment the degree of lumbar pain,lumbar function,treatment satisfaction and health.Results Visual analogue scale(VAS)after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),lumbar Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI score)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of sF-36 questionnaire in the summary health survey was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of 3D printing technology combined with Sebitux in the precise treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis is more significant than that of 3D printing technology alone,which can effectively relieve patients′lumbar pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and improve patients′satisfaction with treatment and health status.
