腹部CT检查诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的临床应用价值

The clinical value of abdominal CT examination in the diagnosis of colonic neoplastic ileus

目的探究腹部CT检查诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者110例作为研究对象,运用随机、单盲法分为研究组和对比组,每组55例。研究组采用腹部CT检查,对比组采用腹部X线检查。对比两组患者检查情况。结果研究组患者肠梗阻确诊率高达98.18%,对比组患者肠梗阻确诊率为87.27%,且研究组患者检查结果中图像清晰度明显高于对比组,患者对检查的体验也优于对比组,研究组患者接受检查时间较对比组短,且患者对腹部CT检查的评价相对腹部X线检查更好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部CT检查在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者的临床检查中具有很高的应用价值,诊疗效果非常高,对肠梗阻的确诊率也非常高,因此,建议广大医院采用。

Objective To investigate the effect of abdominal CT examination on tumor intestinal obstruction in colon.Methods A total of 110 cases of colonic tumor ileus were randomly selected as the subjects,and were divided into experimental group and contrast group by random and single blind method.The abdominal CT examination was used in the experimental group and the abdominal X-ray examination was used in the contrast group.Comparison of the two groups of patients with symptoms.Results The diagnosis rate of intestinal obstruction was as high as 98.18%in the test group,87.27%in the contrast group,and the sharpness of the images in the test group was significantly higher than in the contrast group.The experience of the test was better than that of the contrast group.Patients in the test group had a shorter time for examination than the contrast group and the patient′s evaluation of abdominal CT examination was better than that of abdominal X-ray examination.Both groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal CT examination has a high value in clinical examination of patients with colon tumor ileus.Its diagnosis and treatment effect is very high,and the diagnosis rate of intestinal obstruction is also very high.Therefore,it is recommended that the general hospital take it.
