胎儿心脏超声筛查在先天性心脏病检测中的应用

Application of fetal echocardiography in detection of congenital heart disease

目的探寻先天性心脏病临床有效的诊断方法。方法选取2017-2018年该院收治的妊娠期20~24周胎儿存在先天性心脏病孕妇40例,均接受常规超声检查与胎儿心脏超声检查,对比2种检查结果的差异。结果心脏超声检查诊断先天性心脏病的准确率、检查满意率均明显高于超过超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医生应首选心脏超声检查方法,以确诊心脏形态及功能结构现状,高效识别先天性心脏病,临床推广应用价值较大。

Objective To explore an effective clinical diagnostic method for congenital heart disease.Methods Forty pregnant women with congenital heart disease were randomly selected from our hospital in 2018.All of them underwent routine ultrasonography and fetal cardiac ultrasonography,and the results were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy and satisfactory rate of echocardiography were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,we should first choose the method of echocardiography to accurately diagnose the shape and functional structure of the heart and identify congenital heart disease efficiently,which is of great value in clinical promotion.
