腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者围手术期护理干预研究

Perioperative nursing intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者护理干预中围手术期的护理干预方法及效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月该院收治的腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者64例,采用随机数字排列法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规传统护理,观察组给予围手术期护理干预。观察两组患者手术情况(下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间)、护理质量评分、患者满意度评分等。结果观察组患者下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组,护理质量评分、患者满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者护理干预中围手术期护理干预可更好地帮助患者缩短恢复时间,提高护理质量与满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the method and effect of perioperative nursing intervention in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.32 patients in each group were given conventional nursing and perioperative nursing intervention respectively.The operation conditions(time of getting out of bed activity,time of gastrointestinal function recovery and length of stay),nursing quality indexes and patients′satisfaction scores were observed in the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed,recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,perioperative nursing intervention can better help patients to shorten the recovery time,improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing,which is worth popularizing.
