摘要
目的探讨在脑血管疾病的诊断中CT血管造影技术(CTA)的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月该院收治的脑血管疾病患者136例作为研究对象,分为A组和B组,每组68例。A组采取方案为管电压120 kv,管电流200 mAs;B组采取方案为管电压100 kv,管电流200 mAs。观察两组患者影像学检查质量评估(主、客观评分)、射线剂量评估(扫描长度、有效剂量)结果等。结果两组患者影像学检查质量评估的主、客观评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者射线剂量评估的扫描长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者有效剂量明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑血管疾病诊断中CTA技术能非常清楚地观察病变情况,而适当降低管电压不仅不影响诊断效果,同时还可降低射线剂量。
Objective To explore the value of CT angiography(CTA)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 136 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital were divided into two groups:group A(68 cases)and group B(68 cases).The scheme was adopted:tube voltage:120 kv,tube current:200 mas;group A(68 cases).The scheme was adopted:tube voltage:100 kV,tube current:200 mas.The evaluation results of image quality and radiation dose were observed.Results There was no difference in subjective and objective scores between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no difference in SL between the two groups(P>0.05),ed in group A was(10.68±0.60)mSv,and ed in group B was(6.40±0.34)mSv,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,CTA technology can observe the pathological changes very clearly,and properly reduce the tube voltage,not only does not affect the diagnosis effect,but also can reduce the radiation dose.
