摘要
我国的健康教育教材内容经历了从无到分散、从生理健康到心理健康、从单一到多元、从学生健康到全民健康的发展过程。当前健康教育教材存在教材编写理念滞后、教材知识内容不全面、教材编排设计不能满足现实需要等问题。“健康中国”对教材的编写理念,内容的更新速度、全面性和生活性等方面提出了新的要求。健康教育教材改革应以“健康中国”为指南,从改革《纲要》入手,重构教材内容体系,丰富教材的呈现方式,将数字技术和健康教育教材深度融合,适时更新教材内容,使最新研究成果尽快进入教材。
The contents of health education material in China have experienced a development process from nil to dispersion,from physical health to mental health,from singleness to pluralism,from student health to the health of whole people.At present,there are some problems in the teaching materials of health education,such as the lagging behind of compiling ideas,the incompleteness of knowledge content,and the inability of the arrangement and design of teaching materials to meet the practical needs.Healthy China has put forward new requirements for the compiling idea,the updating speed of the contents,the comprehensiveness and the life of the teaching materials.The material reform of health education should be guided by Health China,start from the reform of the Outline,reconstruct the content system of teaching materials,enrich the presentation of teaching materials,deeply integrate digital technology and the materials of health education,timely update the contents of teaching materials,make the latest research results into the teaching materials as soon as possible.
