摘要
作为工业制造业强国,德国拥有一套相对完善的劳动教师教育课程体系,专业师资队伍有效保障了各级各类学校劳动教育的开展。柏林工业大学作为德国劳动教师的摇篮,其教师教育课程体系在业界享有盛誉。该课程以培养教师职业行动力为目标,模块化的课程设置凸显标准性、情境性与时代性;课程实施指向教师实践技能的培养,并遵循以结果为导向的课程评价体系。德国劳动教师教育课程体系的构建经验对于我国劳动师资培养具有一定的借鉴意义。
As a powerful industrial manufacturing country,Germany has a relatively perfect curriculum system of labor teacher education.The professional teaching staff effectively ensures the development of labor education in all kinds of schools at all levels.As the cradle of German labor teachers,Technical University of Berlin enjoys a high reputation in the industry for its curriculum system of teacher education.Its curriculum aims at training teachers’professional action.Its modular curriculum highlights the standardization,situational and epochal.Its curriculum implementation points to the cultivation of teachers’practical skills and follows the result-oriented curriculum evaluation system.The construction experience of the curriculum system of German labor teacher education has certain reference significance for China’s labor teacher training.
