美术学院师生联合党支部活动创新路径探索

The Innovative Path of Teachers and Students Union Party Branch Activities in College of Fine Arts

以沧州师范学院美术学院师生联合党支部活动为研究对象,调查支部近五年活动发现,传统支部活动存在重视程度不够,方案缺乏系统规划,活动形式单一,内容缺少与美术专业特色结合等问题。为有效解决以上问题,探索创新师生联合党支部活动的路径,如细化党支部制度建设,构建以青年教师党员为主力、学生党员和学生入党积极分子为合力的基层党组织,加大对支部活动的重视程度,以互联网为新的活动载体,发挥美术专业特色创新活动内容、活动方式,从而有效提升基层党支部工作的效能。

Taking the activities of the Teachers and Students Union Party Branch in College of Fine Arts in Cangzhou Normal University as the study object,study on the activities of the party branch in the past five years showed that there were some problems in traditional activities of the party branch.For example,the party branch failed to attach enough importance those activities,which were poorly organized and monotonous.To effectively solve the above problems,active measures have been tried,such as refining the construction of the party branch system,building the grass-roots party organizations which absorbs young party member teachers as key members,meanwhile,the branch party takes the advantage of the characteristics of fine arts with the Internet as a new activity carrier,thus effectively promoting the work efficiency of grass-roots party branch.
