束鹿县张氏地契与沧县王氏地契之比较

Comparison of Title Deeds between Zhang Family’s in Shulu County and Wang Family’s in Cangxian County

土地房屋买卖契约是历代民间经济活动中所形成的重要文书,为研究社会历史发展变迁提供了第一手原始资料。比较河北束鹿县张氏契约文书与沧县王氏契约文书发现,两者在格式、契文要素等方面基本相同,但在地契的称谓、交易地块的称谓、行粮地、担责及处罚的约定、尺丈与官中、签字与画押等方面差异明显。这些地契信息的分析研究,可以帮助人们了解当时两个地域的人文生态、乡约民俗的原始风貌,进一步认识冀中农村社会生活状况。

Contract for the sales of land and house in the folk economic activities in the past is an important document,which provides the first-hand materials for the study of social and historical development and changes.Comparative study between the title deeds of Zhang Family in Shulu county and those of Wang Family in Cangxian County shows that they are basically the same in format,document elements and so on,but greatly differ in labels of title deed,trading land,land with tax paid,and the agreement of responsibility and punishment,measurement and public area,signature and so on.This study helps people know about the original features of human ecology and folk customs in different counties,and better understand the social living conditions of rural areas in Central Hebei province.
