摘要
通过问卷调查法和访谈法了解河北省幼儿教师观察能力的基本情况,结果显示:部分教师观察能力明显不足,如不能根据实际情况准确确定观察目的、制定和落实观察计划、科学运用观察方法、运用理论开展分析等。究其原因,有些教师没有掌握科学观察的方法,开展观察态度消极;幼儿园班级规模过大、缺乏观察的硬件设施、没有观察管理制度等。为了提高幼儿教师的观察能力,建议采取以下对策:转变对观察的观念;向专业人士请教学习;调整幼儿园班级人数、增添观察所需设备、开展针对性的定期培训、开展传帮带能力提升活动等。
The study on the observation ability of preschool teachers in Hebei by questionnaire and interview showed that some teachers lack the ability of observation in terms of identifying the observation purpose,making and implementing observation plans with scientific methods to conduct theoretical analysis.The main reasons are that teachers have insufficient cognitive ability to observe and some teachers have relatively negative attitude towards observation.The class size,hardware facilities are not complete and the management system is not reasonable.It is suggested to improve the observation ability at the kindergarten level from the perspective of changing teachers'concept of observation,consulting professionals,as well as increasing device support and carrying out mentoring activities and regular training.
