摘要
2017年8月及2018年4月在海州湾南部海域进行了7个站位的大型底栖动物调查,共发现大型底栖动物66种,其中多毛类36种,软体动物16种,甲壳动物10种,其它类群4种。比较两个航次IRI可以发现,光滑河蓝蛤(Potamocorbula laevis)、棘刺锚参(Protankyra bidentata)及光滑狭口螺(Stenothyra glabar)在调查海域春季和夏季均占据着优势地位。2017年8月航次总平均丰度为517.7ind/m^2,总平均生物量为28.2825g/m^2;2018年4月航次总平均丰度为8110.9ind/m^2,总平均生物量为25.0011g/m^2。2017年8月航次大型底栖动物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)平均值为2.54,波动范围1.28~3.45;2018年4月航次H’平均值为2.38,波动范围0.66~4.04。通过大型底栖动物多样性分析,认为该海域生境质量整体处于一般的状态。
Macrobenthos were investigated at 7sites in the southern waters of Haizhou Bay in August 2017and April 2018.In total,66species were found,including 36species of Polychaeta,16species of Mollusca,10species of Crustacea,and 4species of other taxonomies.Comparing the IRI(Indices of relative importance),we found that Potamocorbula laevis,Protankyra bidentata and Stenothyra glabar were the dominant species in both the two survey.In August 2017cruise the average abundance of macrobenthos was 517.7ind./m^2,and the average biomass was 28.2825g/m^2 in the sampling sites.In April 2018cruise the average abundance of macrobenthos was 8110.9ind/m^2,and the average biomass was 25.0011g/m^2.In August 2017cruise the range of Shannon-Wiener index of macrobenthos was 1.28~3.45,with an average of 2.54;and in April 2018cruise the range was 0.66~4.04,with an average of 2.38.Analysed the diversity,this paper held that the sediment environment of this site was slightly polluted.
