摘要
目的调查大庆市龙凤区龙凤街道社区35岁以上人群代谢综合征患病率及其相关的危险因素,为社区人群代谢综合征有效的预防提供依据。方法 2015年2月~2016年4月对大庆市龙凤区龙凤街道社区35~92岁人群进行现况研究,采用SAS 9.2统计软件对数据进行分析,计算代谢综合征的患病率,并采用Logistic回归模型分析代谢综合征的影响因素。结果 35岁以上共1 571例入组,检出MS 392例,MS总患病率24.95%,女性患病率(31.50%)显著高于男性(14.07%),χ^2=10.3387,P=0.0013。45岁以下组及每增加10岁分一组,止到75岁以上组,各年龄组的患病率依次为8.22%、22.46%、26.16%、28.10%、23.28%,各年龄组MS患病率具有统计学差异(χ^2=14.6477,P<0.01)。将所有研究因素经单因素Logistic回归分析及对单因素有显著意义的因素经多因素Logistic逐步筛选,结果为:性别(OR(95%CI)=5.351(3.744~7.646)、高血压疾病史(OR(95%CI):13.741(9.982~18.918)、糖尿病疾病史(OR(95%CI):5.507(3.577~8.480)、BMI(OR(95%CI):2.877(2.317~3.573)与代谢综合征具有统计学关联。结论该社区35岁以上人群有随年龄增加而增加的趋势,女性患病率较高;性别、高血压疾病史、糖尿病疾病史、和BMI为代谢综合征的危险因素;开展以控制体重的健康生活方式应为预防MS的积极策略。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related risk factors in Longfeng Street Community, Longfeng District, Daqing City, and to provide evidence for effective prevention of metabolic syndrome in community population. Methods From February 2015 to April 2016, the current situation of 35~92 years old people in Longfeng Street Community of Longfeng District, Daqing City was studied. The data were analyzed by SAS 9.2 statistical software, and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was calculated. The influencing factors of metabolic syndrome were analyzed by Logistic regression model. Results A total of 1571 patients over 35 years old were enrolled in the study, 392 cases of MS were detected. The total prevalence of MS was 24.95%. The prevalence of MS in women(31.50%) was significantly higher than that in men(14.07%), χ^2=10.3387, P=0.0013. The prevalence of MS was 8.22%, 22.46%, 26.16%, 28.10% and 23.28% respectively in the group under 45 years old and in the group over 75 years old with each increase of 10 years old. The prevalence of MS in each age group had statistical difference(χ^2=14.6477, P<0.01). All the research factors were exmainted by single factor Logistic regression analysis and screened by multifactor logistic analysis. The results were as follows: sex(OR(95% CI)=5.351(3.744~7.646), history of hypertension(95% CI): 13.741(9.982~18.918), history of diabetes(95% CI): 5.507(3.577~8.480), BMI(OR(95% CI): 2.877(2.317~3.573) had associated with Metabolic syndrome. Conclusion The population over 35 years old in this community tends to increase with age, and the prevalence rate of women is higher. Gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes mellitus and BMI are risk factors of metabolic syndrome. Developing healthy lifestyle to control body weight should be an active strategy to prevent MS.
