胎儿胎龄与妊娠期孕妇体重增加的相关性研究

Correlation between fetal gestational age and weight gain in pregnant women

目的研究胎儿发育与孕期体重增加之间的关系。方法在一个1 423名妇女构成的单独的列队研究中,评价孕期特定阶段孕妇体重的增加和胎儿大小的关系。采用逻辑回归模型估算大胎龄、小胎龄,适于胎龄儿的概率。结果在整个妊娠期,第2阶段和第3阶段孕妇体重增加与胎儿发育有着重要的联系。结论通过该研究,可以实现对孕期体重增加的适当干预,从而达到优生优育的目的。

Objective To stutdy the associations between gestational weight gain and fetal growth vary by trimester. Methods In a diverse cohort of 1 423 women, the associations between trimester-specific gestational weight gain and infant size for gestational age were evaluated. Logistic regression models was used to estimate the odds of having a large or small for gestational age versus an appropriate for gestational age infant. Results Gestational weight gain during the 2 nd and 3 rd trimesters was more strongly associated with infant growth. Conclusion Interventions to achieve appropriate gestational weight gain may optimize infant size at birth.
