双醋瑞因联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨关节炎患者关节功能及生活能力的影响

Effect of diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate on joint function and living ability of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:探究双醋瑞因联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨关节炎患者关节功能及生活能力的影响。方法:2018年2月-2020年2月收治膝关节骨关节炎患者84例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各42例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗;观察组在玻璃酸钠基础上联合双醋瑞因治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、关节功能和生活能力(ADL)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后KSS、Lysholm、ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用双醋瑞因与玻璃酸钠联合治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者,可有效提高关节功能和生活能力,效果良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of diacerein combined with sodium hyaluronate on joint function and living ability of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,84 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,while the observation group was treated with diacerein on the basis of sodium hyaluronate.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,joint function and living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the KSS scale score,Lysholm scale score and ADL scale score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of knee osteoarthritis with diacerein and sodium hyaluronate can effectively improve joint ability and living ability of patients,the effect is good.
