阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:观察阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的效果。方法:2017年11月-2019年3月收治脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗;试验组采用阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组情感状态、生理功能、运动能力及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷具有较高的安全性,可对患者病情恢复起到明显的助力作用,能够有效改善患者神经功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate on cerebral infarction.Methods:From November 2017 to March 2019,100 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,while the experimental group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS scale score in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional state,physiological function,sports capacity and social function in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups was also compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate has high safety,it can not only play an obvious role in the recovery of the patients’condition,but also can effectively improve the neurological function of the patients and improve their quality of life.
