不同药物治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of different drugs in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis

目的:研究曲安奈德联合丹参酮治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的临床效果及对血清IL-6水平的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年1月口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用曲安奈德治疗;试验组采用曲安奈德联合丹参酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血清TGF-β1和IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组黏膜病损面积小于对照组,最大张口度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用曲安奈德联合丹参酮治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变,能够提高临床疗效,改善生化指标水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with tanshinone in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis and its influence on serum IL-6 level.Methods:From September 2018 to January 2020,92 patients with oral submucosal fibrosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide.The experimental group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with tanshinone.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the serum levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the lesion area of mucosa was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum mouth opening was larger than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triamcinolone acetonide combined with tanshinone in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the level of biochemical indicators.
