脑梗通汤联合舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of Naogengtong decoction combined with Shuxuening injection in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction

目的:探讨脑梗通汤联合舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治脑梗死患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予舒血宁注射液治疗;研究组在舒血宁注射液治疗基础上加用脑梗通汤治疗。比较两组神经功能缺损(NIHSS评分)情况、生活能力(ADL评分)及临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗通汤联合舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死恢复期患者可显著改善患者神经功能,提高治疗效果及生活能力,有利于提升预后质量。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Naogengtong decoction combined with Shuxuening injection in the treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,80 patients with cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuening injection.The study group was treated with Naogengtong decoction on the basis of Shuxuening injection.The neurological deficit,living ability and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the ADL score of the activities of daily living scale in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of drugs can significantly improve the neurological function of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect and living ability,and improve the quality of prognosis.
