中医辨证论治联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of dialectics of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis emphysema

目的:探讨中医辨证论治联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的临床效果。方法:2015年1月-2020年1月收治慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者200例,随机分两组,各100例。对照组采取西药对症治疗;观察组在西药对症治疗基础上进行中医辨证施治。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.0%,其中肺肾两虚型总有效率为93.8%,痰热郁肺型为89.5%,肺脾气虚型为95.5%,风寒袭肺型为95.7%,肺阴亏耗型为95.0%。对照组治疗总有效率为79.0%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证论治联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dialectics of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis emphysema.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2020,200 patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with dialectics of traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of Western medicine symptomatic treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%,among them,the total effective rate of Fei Shen Liang Xu Type was 93.8%,the total effective rate of Tan Re Yu Fei Type was 89.5%,the total effective rate of Fei Pi Qi Xu Type was 95.5%,the total effective rate of Feng Han Xi Fei Type was 95.7%,the total effective rate of Fei Yin Kui Hao Type was 95.0%.The total effective rate of the control group was 79.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of dialectics of traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis emphysema is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
