摘要
目的:分析血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原(PCT)与肌钙蛋白T联合检测在急性心肌梗死患者预后评估中的作用。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治急性心肌梗死患者97例;另选取同期行体检的健康者53例。所有人员均进行血清C反应蛋白、PCT以及肌钙蛋白T联合检测。分析检测结果情况。结果:急性心肌梗死患者检测后血清C反应蛋白、PCT以及肌钙蛋白T水平高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性心肌梗死不同心功能分级患者血清C反应蛋白、PCT以及肌钙蛋白T水平存在显著差异,心功能越差,血清C反应蛋白、PCT以及肌钙蛋白T水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性心肌梗死患者治疗后血清C反应蛋白、PCT以及肌钙蛋白T水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合进行血清C反应蛋白、PCT与肌钙蛋白T检测有助于诊断心肌梗死,同时还能为患者预后评估提供有利证据,临床指导价值较高。
Objective:To explore the role of combined detection of serum C-reactive protein,procalcitonin PCT and troponin T in prognosis evaluation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,97 patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated.In addition,53 healthy people who had physical examination in the same period were selected.All the staff were tested for serum C-reactive protein,procalcitonin PCT and troponin T.We analyzed the change of test results.Results:In patients with acute myocardial infarction,the level of biochemical indicators was higher than that of healthy people,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with different cardiac function classification,there were significant differences in biochemical indexes,the worse the cardiac function,the higher the level of biochemical indexes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with acute myocardial infarction,the level of biochemical indexes after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of serum C-reactive protein,procalcitonin PCT and troponin T is helpful in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction,at the same time,it can also provide favorable evidence for the prognosis evaluation of patients,and has high clinical guidance value.
