摘要
目的:分析营养状况评估护理干预应用于晚期结肠癌患者的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年3月收治晚期结肠癌患者52例,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予营养状况评估护理干预。比较两组营养指标水平、免疫功能指标水平及胃泌素水平情况。结果:观察组干预后胃泌素上升幅度、免疫功能及营养指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将营养状况评估护理干预模式应用于晚期结肠癌患者,对调整患者机体营养状态具有积极意义,有利于进一步提升机体免疫功能。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of nutritional status assessment on nursing intervention in patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,52 cases of patients with advanced colon cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given nursing intervention of nutritional status assessment.The nutritional indicator levels,the immune function indicator levels and gastrin level were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the increase of gastrin in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,the various of indicator levels of immune function and nutritional were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutritional status assessment nursing intervention model to advanced colon cancer has positive significance in adjusting the nutritional status of patients,it is beneficial to further enhance the immune function of the body.
