语言沟通应用于无痛胃镜检查护理中对患者并发症发生率及满意度的影响

The effect of language communication in the nursing care of painless gastroscopy on the incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients

目的:研究无痛胃镜检查患者接受语言沟通护理模式对并发症发生率、检查满意度及焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年5月实施无痛胃镜检查的患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组接受常规护理;试验组接受语言沟通护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理后并发症发生率、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后无痛胃镜检查满意度调查问卷评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施无痛胃镜检查的患者接受语言沟通护理模式,可降低并发症发生率,提高检查满意度,并改善患者焦虑情绪。

Objective:To study the effect of language communication nursing mode on the incidence of complications,examination satisfaction and anxiety of patients in painless gastroscopy.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,82 cases of patients who underwent painless gastroscopy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group received language communication nursing mode.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMA scale scores in the experimental group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire scores of post-nursing examination satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of language communication in painless gastroscopy can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the satisfaction of examination and improve the anxiety mood of patients.
