摘要
目的:探讨“六顶思考帽”在护士实习生教学查房中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年6月护士实习生52名,随机分为两组,各26例。试验组应用“六顶思考帽”思维模式进行教学查房培训及考核;对照组采用传统教学查房培训及考核。比较两组评判性思维能力得分、教学查房考核成绩、查房效果和满意度评分情况。结果:试验组出科时评判性思维能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组查房考核成绩、教学查房效果及满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“六顶思考帽”思维模式在护士实习生教学查房中的创新应用,能够有效改善护士实习生临床思维能力、提升护士实习生教学查房质量及效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of"six thinking caps"in teaching rounds of nursing students.Methods:From July 2019 to June 2020,52 nursing students were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.The experimental group used the"six thinking caps"thinking mode to carry out the training and assessment of teaching rounds.The control group used the traditional teaching rounds training and assessment.We compared the scores of critical thinking ability,teaching rounds assessment results,ward rounds effect and satisfaction scores between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the score of critical thinking ability on graduation was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of ward round assessment,effect of teaching rounds and satisfaction scores were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The innovative application of"six thinking caps"thinking mode in teaching ward round of nursing students can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability of nurses,and improve the quality and effect of teaching rounds of nursing students.
