PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理管理中的效果研究及对患者满意度的影响

Effect of PDCA cycle management method in nursing management of operating room and its impact on patient satisfaction

目的:分析手术室护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理法的临床效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治进行手术治疗的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用常规管理;观察组应用PDCA循环管理。比较两组不良反应发生率、手术室综合评分及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,手术室综合评分和患者满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理管理中应用PDCA循环管理法有显著效果,可降低患者不良反应发生率,提高手术室综合评分及患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze the actual clinical effect of PDCA cycle management method in the management of operating room and the impact on patient satisfaction.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients who underwent surgical treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine management.The observation group was treated with PDCA cycle management.The occurrence rate of adverse reactions,comprehensive score of operating room and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the comprehensive score of the operating room in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA circulation management method in nursing management of operating room has significant effect,which can reduce the occurrence rate of patients'adverse reactions,improve the comprehensive score of operating room and improve the satisfaction degree.
