摘要
目的:与经典桡动脉穿刺途径行冠状动脉造影比较,探讨鼻烟壶动脉穿刺途径的优劣。方法:2019年7-12月收治行冠状动脉造影的稳定性心绞痛患者240例,随机分为两组,各120例。研究组给予经鼻烟壶区动脉穿刺;对照组给予经典桡动脉穿刺。比较两组一次穿刺成功率、手术成功率、手术时间、造影剂使用剂量、术后加压包扎时间、穿刺并发症发生率、疼痛感发生率、护理观察次数和住院时间等情况。结果:研究组一次穿刺成功率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术成功率、手术时间和造影剂使用剂量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后加压包扎时间、疼痛感发生率、穿刺并发症发生率和住院时间均短于对照组,护理观察次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与经典桡动脉穿刺途径比较,经鼻烟壶区动脉穿刺方法的穿刺并发症发生率、疼痛感发生率、伤口加压包扎时间、护理观察次数和住院时间明显减少。
Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of snuff bottle artery puncture by comparing with classical radial artery puncture.Methods:From July to December 2019,240 patients with stable angina pectoris who underwent coronary angiography were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 120 cases in each group.The study group was given snuff bottle artery puncture for coronary angiography.The control group was given classical radial artery puncture.The success rate of puncture,the success rate of operation,the time of operation,the dosage of contrast medium,the time of pressure bandaging after operation,the incidence of puncture complications,pain,comfort,nursing observation and hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of puncture in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation success rate,operation time and contrast agent dosage between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative bandaging time,pain incidence,puncture complication incidence and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the classical radial artery puncture,the operative complications,pain,wound bandaging time,nursing observation times and hospitalization time of snuff bottle artery puncture are significantly reduced.
