摘要
总结分析1例危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的护理经验,在护理危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者过程中,为增强患者的肺顺应性,间断行俯卧位通气,做好院感防控,精准出入水量、早期胃肠道复苏,行重症早期康复、专业心理疏导,以达到缩短患者住院时间的目的。经过19 d的治疗和护理,患者痊愈出院进入集中隔离14 d观察期。
The nursing experience of a critical COVID-19 patient was summarized.In order to enhance the patient's lung compliance,intermittent prone position ventilation,hospital sense prevention and control,accurate water intake and early gastrointestinal resuscitation,early severe rehabilitation and professional psychological counseling were carried out in order to shorten the hospitalization time of the patients in the process of nursing critical COVID-19 patients.After 19 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was cured and discharged into the 14-day observation period of centralized isolation.
