Study on the effect of FOCUS-PDCA model in subglottic suction nursing

目的:分析FOCUS-PDCA模式应用于声门下吸引护理的效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年1月行声门下吸引的患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组开展常规声门下吸引护理;研究组开展基于FOCUS-PDCA模式的声门下吸引护理。比较两组护理效果、患者及家属对护理的满意度。结果:研究组机械通气时间、每日吸引总量均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于ICU行声门下吸引的患者采用FOCUS-PDCA护理模式,可使吸引效果进一步得到优化,同时使用呼吸机的时间也会随之缩短,有助于降低患者出现肺部感染的风险,患者也会对护理服务给予更积极的评价。

Objective:Study on the effect of FOCUS-PDCA model in subglottic suction nursing.Methods:From May 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with subglottic suction were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional subglottic suction nursing.The study group was given FOCUS-PDCA model subglottic suction nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups and the satisfaction of patients and their families.Results:In the study group,the duration of mechanical ventilation and the total amount of daily suction were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For ICU patients undergoing subglottic suction,the FOCUS-PDCA nursing mode can further optimize the suction effect,at the same time,the use of ventilator time will also be shortened,which helps to reduce the risk of pulmonary infection in patients,patients will also give more positive evaluation of nursing services.
