摘要
目的:探究人性化护理模式在肿瘤内科中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月肿瘤内科患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组给予人性化护理干预。比较两组焦虑心理评分、护理满意度及医患纠纷发生率情况。结果:观察组焦虑心理评分及医患纠纷发生率均明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肿瘤内科临床护理中应用人性化护理模式的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing mode in oncology department.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,a total of 88 oncology patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention.The anxiety scale scores,nursing satisfaction and the incidence rate of doctor-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results:The anxiety scale score and the incidence rate of doctor-patient disputes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing mode in nursing of oncology department is effective.
