自然分娩产妇护理中行个性化护理干预的临床应用价值探讨

Clinical application value of individualized nursing intervention in the nursing of natural childbirth parturient

目的:分析自然分娩产妇护理中实施个性化护理干预的临床应用价值。方法:2017年6月-2020年6月收治自然分娩产妇50例,随机分为两组,各25例。研究组应用个性化护理干预;对照组应用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组产妇依从性、母乳喂养率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在自然分娩产妇护理中实施个性化护理干预,可有效提高母乳喂养率,并且改善产妇负面情绪,提高产妇依从性及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of individualized nursing intervention in the nursing of natural childbirth parturient.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,50 women with natural childbirth were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The study group was given individualized nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,maternal compliance,breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after nursing,the scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In natural childbirth maternal care,personalized nursing intervention can effectively improve breastfeeding rate,improve maternal negative emotions,improve maternal compliance and nursing satisfaction.
