摘要
目的:探究糖尿病专科护理门诊流程优化效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月社区门诊糖尿病患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。观察组采用优化专科护理门诊流程;对照组采用常规门诊流程。比较两组专科护士全天工作内容频次、患者接受健康教育时间以及对护理门诊流程的满意度。结果:两组专科护士每天工作内容频次显示,观察组患者健康教育方面的时间增加,胰岛素笔及血糖仪使用方面的工作频次减少,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组接受胰岛素笔指导、饮食教育、运动指导等方面时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对服务态度、技术水平等方面的满意度评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病专科护理门诊流程优化,能够增加患者接受健康教育时间,提高专科护士工作效率,患者满意度高。
Objective:To explore the optimization process effect of diabetes specialist nursing in outpatient.Methods:From January to December 2019,200 cases of patients with diabetes were enrolled in community outpatient,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The observation group adopted optimization process of specialist nursing.The control group used conventional outpatient process.The frequency of the whole day work of the two groups of specialized nurses,the time of receiving health education and the satisfaction of patients were compared.Results:The frequency of daily work content of the two groups of specialist nurses showed that the observation group's time for health education increased,the frequency of insulin pen use and blood glucose meter use decreased,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of observation group received insulin pen guidance,diet education,exercise guidance and other aspects were longer than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores and total scores about service attitude and technical level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization process of outpatient of diabetes specialist nursing can increase the time of health education,improve the working efficiency of specialist nurses and improve the satisfaction of patients.
