摘要
本文结合江苏省电力设计院有限公司(以下简称“江苏院”)卓越绩效导入和质量管理历程,分析卓越绩效模式与质量管理体系的异同点,探讨卓越绩效模式与企业质量管理的相互关系,阐述“三位一体”的质量管理新模式、推广落地措施及其在项目实施全过程、全方位、全寿命周期的实践效果,证实新模式的有效性,对勘测设计企业运行具有借鉴意义。
This article combines the company's introduction of performance excellence and quality management process,analyzes the similarities and differences between performance excellence model and quality management system,discusses the interrelation between performance excellence model and corporate quality management,elaborates the new"trinity"quality management model and its promotion and implementation measures as well as its practical effects in the whole process,all-round,and full life cycle of the project,and thus confirms the effectiveness of the new model,which is of reference significance for survey and design enterprises.
