摘要 通过进行市场调研,了解预制墙板的发展状况,结合目前厂家的产品特点,进行对比分析,选择特点适合寒冷地区变电站中应用的墙板,进行优化设计。研究适合寒冷地区环境下的装配式建筑墙板技术,推动装配式建设的材料产业链健康发展,满足寒冷地区性能需求的同时降低造价;提高装配式墙板的工艺质量,有利于节能减排,提升全寿命周期建设效益。保证具有优良的保温、隔热、隔声、防火、防水、防潮等性能,同时节约环保,造价合理,制作简单。 Through market research,understand the development of prefabricated wallboard,combined with the product characteristics of current manufacturers,and carry out comparative analysis,select the wallboard suitable for substation application in cold areas,and optimize the design.Research on the technology of fabricated building wallboard suitable for cold area environment,promote the healthy development of the material industry chain of fabricated construction,meet the performance needs of cold area while reducing the cost;improve the process quality of fabricated wallboard is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction,and enhance the benefit of life cycle construction.Guarantee excellent thermal insulation,heat insulation,sound insulation,fire prevention,waterproof,moisture-proof and other performance,while saving environmental protection,reasonable cost,simple production.
