In today's society,the competition between countries is in the final analysis the competition among talents.As an important place to cultivate professional and cutting-edge talents,the quality of teaching management will directly affect the quality of personnel training.In the new situation of rapid development of information technology,the computer has already entered the university campus,so it is urgent to do a good job in computer management.This paper discusses the computer management in Colleges and Universities under the new situation,and puts forward a series of strategies for reference.
