摘要
为缩短教学设备故障所用时间,本文提出了PLC课程理实一体化教学平台设计。通过开展PLC课程理实一体化教学平台设计研究,利用PLC控制器、教学运行数据远程收发设备进行硬件设计,对教学设备运行数据自动化采集与传输、教学设备运行故障远程监控等软件进行设计,实现教学设备发生故障问题时的远程控制。仿真实验表明,本文系统可以有效缩短教学设备故障所用时间。
In order to reduce the time spent on teaching equipment failures,the design of an integrated teaching platform for PLC courses is proposed.By carrying out the design and research of the integrated teaching platform for PLC courses,the use of PLC controllers,teaching operation data remote receiving and sending equipment for hardware design,the automatic collection and transmission of teaching equipment operation data,and the design of software for remote monitoring of teaching equipment operation failures.Remote control when the teaching equipment fails.The simulation experiment proves that the system in this paper can effectively shorten the time spent on teaching equipment failure.
