健脾熄风推拿法结合刺四缝治疗脾虚肝旺型小儿抽动障碍疗效观察

The curative effect of Jianpi Xifeng massage combined with four sutures needling in the treatment of tic disorder in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity

目的观察健脾熄风推拿法结合刺四縫治疗脾虚肝旺型小儿抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月脾虚肝旺型抽动障碍患儿64例,随机分为2组,对照组予健牌熄风推拿法治疗,观察组采用健脾熄凤推拿法结合刺四缝治疗,共治疗8周。分别于治疗前、后进行美国耶鲁綜合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分,计算总积分、减分率,并评估临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组YGTSS评分(19.91±9.46)分低于对照组(31.76±7.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.73%,对照组总有效率84.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论健脾熄凤推拿法结合刺四缝治疗脾虚肝旺型小儿抽动障碍有显著临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efct of massage for Jianpixifeng and pricking Sifeng(EX-UE-10)in the treatment of tic disorder in children with spleen deficency and liver vigor.Methods A total of 64 children with tie disorder of spleen deficiency and hepaic hyperactivity who were treated at the Infantile Tuina Clinic of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with massage for Jianpixifeng,The treatment group was treated with the method of massage for Jianpixifeng and pricking Sifeng(EX-UE-10),2 groups treatment for a total of 8 weeks.Before and after treatmnent,the reduction rate was calculated and the elinial fficacy was evaluated by the Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score.Results After tratment,the total efcive rate of the control group was 84.38%,and the total fective rate of the treatment group was 90.73%.The diference was staistically signifcant(P<0.05);the YGTSS score of the treatment group(19.91±9.46)was significantly lower than that of the conttol group(31.76±7.35),staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage for Jianpixifeng and pricking Sifeng(EX-UE-10)has a significant clinical efect on children with tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,and be worthy of cdinical application.
