我国是苹果生产大国。在多年的发展中,苹果种植技术不断得到推广和普及,我国苹果在世界苹果生产中越来越重要,苹果产业规模在不断扩大,集中度不断提升,生产和加工效率也在不断提高,苹果成为主产区经济增长和人们收入的重要支柱。本文主要对我国苹果生产、加工现状问题及相应的发展对策进行分析。

China is a major apple producer.After years of development,the apple planting technology in the further promotion and popularization,the apple is more and more important in the world apple production in China,apple’s growing industry scale,improve concentration,production and processing efficiency is also in unceasing enhancement,apple became the important pillar of economic growth and people income.This paper mainly combines the current situation of apple production and processing in China and the corresponding development countermeasures.
