摘要
铅属于重金属,人体摄入后长期蓄积可对身体健康造成不利影响。本文通过对比近年来发表文献的数据,综述了我国部分食材的铅污染现状,为食物铅污染的预防和控制提供参考。
Lead is a heavy metal.Long-term accumulation of lead after intake can adversely affect health.Based on the comparison of the data published in recent years,this paper summarizes the current situation of lead pollution in some food materials in China,providing reference for the prevention and control of lead pollution in food.
