摘要
本文从我国食品工程的安全保障与监督管理工作的实际情况出发,具体分析了目前我国在食品安全方面存在的问题,并提出了一些可行的措施。
In this paper,from the current stage of China's food engineering safety and supervision and management of the actual situation,a specific analysis of China's food safety problems,and put forward some feasible measures.
