随着人们生活水平的提高,主题宴会逐渐成为餐饮业的发展趋势,反映了人们生活理念与消费观念的改变。本文简单介绍了中餐主题宴会和中餐中的养生理念,并提供了具有操作性的创意设计策略。
With the improvement of people’s living standards,theme banquet has gradually become the trend of catering development,reflecting the change of people’s life concept and consumption concept.This paper briefly introduces the Chinese theme banquet and the concept of health preservation in Chinese food,and tries to provide operational creative design strategies.
