摘要
食品生产许可现场核查,既是监管部门对企业生产条件的一次验收,也是展现政府服务形象的机会,对核查人员,特别是核查组长的综合能力提出了较高的要求。本文主要从现场核查前的准备阶段及现场核查阶段两个方面,对如何做好食品生产许可现场核查工作进行阐述,并提出相关建议。
Food production license inspection is not only an acceptance check of the applicant’s production condition by supervision department,but also an opportunity for showing the image of government service.Which places great demands on the inspectors,especially the team leader.In this paper,how to make the inspection well was represented from two aspects as the preparation stage and on-site inspection stage,and reference opinions were put forward.
